This Return and Refund Policy applies to all watch purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days upon receiving your watch item. All returned watches must remain unused, in original condition, complete with original boxes, tags and accessories. Items with scratches, wear marks, stains or missing original accessories will not be accepted for return.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

Final‑sale items, heavily worn watches and custom‑modified goods cannot be returned. Please review product details carefully before completing checkout.

3. Return Application Process

To initiate a return, please send an email to admin@auraobin.com. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the product. We will send you return instructions within 2‑3 business days. Do not send items back without our prior written confirmation.

4. Return Shipping Expense

We will cover return shipping fees if you receive defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped watches. For returns caused by personal preference, return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

5. Refund Procedure

After we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will process your refund within 5‑10 business days. Funds will be refunded to your original payment channel. Actual arrival time depends on your payment service provider.

6. Damaged Goods Upon Delivery

If your watch arrives damaged, please take photos of the watch and outer package, then contact us via email admin@auraobin.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. We will evaluate your case and provide corresponding solutions.

7. Policy Revision

We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy. Updated provisions will be published on this page with a new effective date.
